- All customers will be deemed to have accepted Ambers Rambles terms and conditions (as laid out here) on signature of the Ambers Rambles welcome pack.
- Ambers Rambles will not be accepting any bookings till paper work has been signed by the customer and returned back too us via email or by hand.
- Full payments must be paid on the day or before the date of booking for dog walks, this can also be upfront for the week if multiple walks are booked. For dog or cat sitting a 50% deposit is required and the remaining balance is to be payed any time before the start date. If payments are not made before the service date then the service will not go ahead and will therefore be cancelled. Payments can be made via bank transfer or cash.
- For the pet sitting service customers must provide all items necessary for your pets to be adequatley cared for in your absence. (food, medication, leads, tags, harnesses, cat litter ect). If pets require additional items these will be purchased by Ambers Rambles and added too your bill.
- Ambers Rambles will provide all waste bags to ensure all feces is removed from public grounds.
- The customer must provide an emergency name and contact (will be asked on welcome form) to make emergency decisions on the customers behalf. If both contacts are not reachable then Ambers Rambles reserves the right to consult a veterinarian clinic and make a decision which will be in the best interest of the animal.
- The customer will be responsible for any veterinarian bills which need to be paid while there under Ambers Rambles care.
- We ask that you make us aware of any cancellations if any changes occur. If cancellations are made less than 24 hours before your booking a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
- Ambers Rambles has the right to cancel our services at any time if the animal does not respond well with the walker or other dogs.
- Ambers Rambles walkers will apply personal judgment to stop a walk or cut them short due to extreme weather conditions for the safety of your pet and the walker.
- To secure a booking for dog sitting there will be a 50% none refundable deposit to be made within 7 days of making the booking.If deposit is not received within that time frame your booking will be automatically be cancelled.
- Ambers Rambles must be alerted of any behavioural problems with their pets at the time of booking (will be asked on welcome pack). Failure to do so will result in the termination of our service and an extra charge being given.
- Ambers Rambles does hold full insurance, however customers should also hold personal pet insurance.
- Ambers Rambles will care for your animal as you should, and we will make every effort to make sure your pet is well looked after in your absence.
- Customer confidentiality will be maintained at all times and customers details will be kept in a private place and only used for the care of your pets.
- The customer will be notified of any occurrences regarding the pets, which may be important for the well-being of the pets.
- All dogs must be fully vaccinated and up to date with there flea and worming control.
- Ambers Rambles takes great pride in the care of any animal. However cannot be held responsible for any loss, accident, injury or death that may occur while in our care.
